Phase one includes:
New graveled northwest parking lot and connection to Cleveland Avenue, partial removal of existing parking to build new soccer fields and bring total soccer field count to 21, new goals or replace existing goals (where necessary), new benches and chain link and/or net ball stops, new 24'x20' equipment shed.
Proposed Upgrades and Expansion:
1. 29 soccer fields, 24 tournament sized capable of hosting a 250 team tournament.
2. One lighted championship field that includes bleachers and covered benches.
3. 2 Lighted Fustal fields
4. 5 Lacrosse fields (overlaid soccer fields).
5. 2 Lighted Sand Volleyball courts.
6. 2 Lighted Basketball courts.
7. Paved walk paths
8. 1.5 mile Fitness Trail with 20 Exercise Stations.
9. 3000 square foot Playground.
10. Buildings to include: 60'X40' Pavilion, 20'X24' Equipment Building, 6 - 20'x20' Gazebo's.
11. 600+ parking spaces.
12. 100's Trees
Proposed Phasing*:
Phase 1: Scheduled to start late-Spring 2018 (after spring season)
Phase 2: Complete buildings, playground and additional sport courts.
Phase 3: Pave lots, install walking trail and exercise stations.
*Phasing varies based on secured funding
